In 2006, I work for a famous HK listed company.In an inventory ,Archives Department throw the old documents or the useless manuscripts to the bin directly , without any special handle .There may be a potential risk of leakage when these documents or manuscripts are recycled. So in order to solve such problems , we start our paper shredder business .

For starter,we use what we made, we haven't consider it’s safety , no certificates ,shredder always jammed .It brings a lot of trouble to our users.
