Q: Is this toaster easy to use?
A:Yes! It's quite simple to use. No digital buttons and displays to worry with. The only thing to do is plug it in, insert item to toast, adjust a dial to your preferred toasting setting, and push the lever down. The toaster automatically pops the newly toasted item up when it's done. (There is also an "emergency" cancel option to stop the toasting sooner, and a "booster" on the lever to give the toasted item an extra "lift" if necessary)
Q:Have you ever get an uneven baking toasting by using this toaster? I once bought a toaster which have this problem, so I wish it won’t happen in this toaster again.
A: Thanks to the evenly distributed heating wire, the uneven toasting will not happen in this toaster. However, for better toasting result, we strongly suggest to use both slots simultaneously. Single bread operation may cause uneven toasting due to nonuniform heat distribution from the empty slot. Follow this advice, perfect toast can be presented.
Q:On the Bagel setting, does it toast only on one side? Some toasters advertise this feature.
A:Of course. The bagel setting is one-side toasting function, mainly used to heat the bagel. When this function is selected, the entire heating process performs one-side heating. PS: Push Cancel to return to the regular setting after getting wanted bagel.
Q:What are the internal dimensions of the slots? Many toasters have narrow slots that prevent some bread from toasting, I do not want to encounter that problem from this toaster.
A:Keenstone 2 slice toaster's slots are 5 1/2" long, 1 1/2" wde, and 5" deep. This ensures it can fits most bread types like Thick Bagels, Texas-style Toasts, English Muffins, Strudels, etc. Thus you will not encounter the toasting problem causing by the narrow toaster slots.
